The proposed project would involve the phased construction of a business park campus that would serve as the headquarters for Juniper Networks. At completion, the project would include 2,345,000 square feet (sf) of research and development/office space, 135,000 sf of employee-serving retail space, a 60,000 sf "Special Use" Building, a 200 to 350 room hotel, a landscaped pedestrian and bicycle circulation network, open space and recreational areas, and surface and structural parking facilities.
