Document Description
The Project is located at streams and lakes on East Bay Municipal District Lands in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties including the watersheds of Pinole, San Pablo, Lafayette, San Leandro, Kaiser, Buckhorn, and Indian Creeks. The Project is limited to routine maintenance activities to maintain the structural and functioning integrity of stock ponds and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams. Activities include the following; vegetation removal, debris & sediment removal, bank infrastructure & repair, habitat enhancement, and dam spillway maintenance. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0362-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, East Bay Municipal District as represented by Scott D. Hill.
