A Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) to result in Parcels 1, 2 and 3 of approximately 34.4, 10 and 2.6 acres, respectively. The parcels will be saved by spring water and on-site sewage disposal systems. Resultant Parcel 2 is vacant. The LLA will site existing mobilehomes onto Parcels 1 and 3.
