Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Rolland Robinson representing himself. The applicant proposes to construct a second access across Crowley Creek into an existing subdivisin. Project will also create a detention pond for the accumulation of excess water to be released during low flow into Crowley Creek, tributary to Cottonwood Creek, Shasta County.
