Document Description
Proposal to construct a 90-unit apartment complex. The proposed Blue Oaks Apartments project consists of a single phase development of 1 and 2 story residential dwelling and clubhouse/exercise facility. Parking is per Placer County standard. The project entails some garages, covered parking, and open parking spaces. The proposed project site is zoned CPD (5.84 acre parcel) and INP (.21 acre parcel) and is consistent with the existing Placer County land-use. A Conditional Use Permit is required for the project.
The main access to the project is from Canal Street by way of Highway 49 and Luther Road. An entry drive will merge into a continuous loop road that will provide the vehicular access around the project. Parking will be located along the loop road as well as pedestrian paths that will lead users to the individual units or to and from the main open space at the center of project where the public clubhouse, pool facilities, and tot lot will be located.
