The proposed project would involve construction of an Alaskan-style resistance board weir across the width of the Feather River. Additional facilities to support the operation of the weir would include: (1) a fenced work/storage facility with a parking area; (2) electricity brought to the site by PG&E, and (3) a new road and buried cables along the training levee to the Feather River weir site.
