The General Plan includes all mandated elements. Goals, policies and programs reflect current growth trends in the City. The City's current corporate limit encompasses 12,502 acres, and the Sphere of Influence includes 3,267 acres. The majority of the lands are low density residential. The Zoning Map is being amended to be consistent with the General Plan. The Downtown Precise Plan is being amended to reflect the actual development trends within the area, and to streamline development standards and guidelines.
