The proposed project consists of the conversion of the existing 3,967-square foot fitness center to a new spa facility, which would increase the size of the existing 3,967-square-foot spa facility to 10,197 square feet of building area and an additional 2,450 square-foot outdoor patio for a total new spa square footage of 12,647 square feet. The existing pool deck will be expanded and serve as the roof of the spa facility expansion area.
