Document Description
North Kern Water Storage ("DIstrict"), acting for and on behalf of itself, proposes to implement the North Kern Groundwater Storage Project ("Project") which is generally described as follows:
1) The proposed project includes a water-banking element and a non-banking element. 2) Under the water-banking element, the banking partner would deliver water to the District, typically during "wet" years, to turn off wells and/or directly recharge the underlying groundwater;
