Document Description
The primary objective of the Plan is to provide the basis for a variety of redevelopment activities designed to eliminate blight conditions found to exist in the Project Area. However, no specific redevelopment activities are being considered with the Plan's adoption. Long-term implementation of the Plan may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: funding and construction of affordable housing; construction, reconstrution and improvement of structures, public walks and buildings; infrastructure improvements, such as drainage, circulation improvements, water distribution system and wastewater collection system improvements; and redevelopment assistance programs such as low-interest loans. The above listed redevelopment activities are not proposed projects at this time, but may be the general kind of future actions undertaken by the Agency and/or others after the Plan is adopted.
