This Addendum modifies the Final EIR certified by the Chino Basin Desalter Authority (CDA) in January 2002 as its CEQA environmental determination for the proposed Chino I Desalter Expansion and Chino II Desalter Project. The general changes being considered in the amendment to the Chino I Desalter Expansion would: a) substitute four new well locations for the Chino I Desalter Expansion to replace the approved well locations; and b) install pipeline to connect the new wells to the Chino I Desalter.
