The KFC/A&W restaurant will occupy 42,627 square feet of the larger 1.7-acre parcel. The project will involve the demolition of the existing 1,750-square foot building and the construction and subsequent operation of a 3,197 square foot fast-food restaurant with a total in-door seating capacity of 60. The proposed fast-food restaurant structure's dimensions will be 35 feet by 92 feet. The dining and order area will consist of 988 square feet, with the remaining area dedicated to the food preparation area (1,985 square feet), the cold storage area (289 square feet), and the restrooms (276 square feet).
