Document Description
The project includes the demolition of the existing vacant Fedeo buildings and constructing a new Super Kmart building consisting of 179,466 square feet along with an outdoor garden area of 11,147 square feet. The project also includes extending three storm drain pipes through an existing open storm drain channel, filling the channel and then paving the area for additional driveway access for delivery trucks.
