The project is an infill development for a condominium subdivision to construct 48 detached multifamily residential units and common recreation amenities. The 5.28 gross acre site is developed with one single family residence and outbuildings. Existing site vegetation includes domestic landscape near the residence while the balance of the property has residential landscape that has been poorly maintained and subject to annual weed removal for fire protection. State Route 125 abuts the site and a planned eastbound connection to State Highway 52 abuts the site on the north. The property to the north has recently been cleared of multifamily dwelling units to make way for freeway construction.
