Document Description
The Project proposes to construct thirteen, two-faced, 14" by 8", outdoor advertising structures. The construction of the structures will proceed pursuant to the provisions of one or more transfer and/or development agreements to be entered into by the City of Lynwood and Regency Outdoor Advertising, Inc. ("Regency"). The Project may be constructed in up to three phases at the discretion of the City and Regency. The structures shall be in accordance with and conform to the provisions of Municipal Code Chapter 25-33, Ordinance No. 1506, the City's comprehensive sign and advertising display regulations. The Project shall comply with all other applicable standards, restrictions, controls, regulations and laws, including zoning. Zoning variances may be necessary with respect to some construction sites.
