Document Description
City Council approval (Process 5) of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Street Vacation (SV), Planned Development Permit (PDP), Parcel Map (PM), and Site Development Permit (SDP) No. 40-1050. The Francis Parker project proposes to vacate a portion of Plumosa Way and three sewer easements on a Parcel Map, and expand and remodel the existing 36,172 square foot elementary school on an existing 4.86-acre site. The project would require the demolition of the existing north wing of the school, one- and two-story classrooms, and an existing one-story residence. Proposed construction activities would consist of 22,910 square feet of new building space, 10,908 square feet of interior tenant improvements, and a new 33 space parking lot. Overall, the expansion and remodeling would provide for a library, a science and technology building, a cafetaria and classrooms. There would be no increase in enrollment as a result of this project.
