Three recreation areas are identified in the proposed Specific Plan; Subsequent permits would be required to operate the recreational areas once the uses are defined. In addition, a 13-acre site has been identified in the central area of the property to support some form of equestrian facilities for the exclusive use of Big Country Ranch residents.
