Document Description
The project is the subdivision of 2.0 acres into four parcels for single-family residential dwelling units. Access will be taken through the construction of a private road off of Gay Rio Drive; the private road will be named Gay Rio Lane as a part of this project. The project lies within the Metro-Lakeside-Jamul segment of the MSCP Subarea plan, one acre of non-native grassland will be purchased off-site to mitigate for impacts to the site.
