Document Description

The proposed Zone Change and General Plan Amendment is proposed for two parcels. Multi-family units would be constructed on one of the parcels (approximately 1.42-acres in size) proposed for the Zone Change. The other parcel (approximately 1.45-acres in size) contains a day care facility.
