General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Tentative Tract Map, which involves changing the current General Plan/Zoning designation from Commercial Neighborhood Planned Development (CN-PD) to Residential Medium High (RMH), and to construct seven multi-family buildings (21 units). The proposed Zone Change and General Plan Amendment is proposed for two parcels. Multi-family units would be constructed on one of the parcels (approximately 1.42-acres in size) proposed for the Zone Change. The other parcel (approximately 1.45-acres in size) contains a day care facility.
