Document Description
The project site consists of a rectangular parcel of land approximately 1,320 feet long (south to north) by 440 feet wide (east to west) with a total area of approximately 580,000 square feet (about 13.5 acres). As proposed, development is situated in the southern half of the site. Much of the southern half of the project site (approximately 6 acres) has been previously graded for an institutional project that was never completed. This permitted, but not certified, grading has resulted in the alteration of the natural terrain. At this time, three level pads (one larger and two smaller) are present and are separated by ill-defined cut slopes. Vegetation in this area consists of an aggregation of natural terrain.
