Case CU-054-001: The property in question consists of five consecutive undeveloped parcels, totaling 7.6 acres in the Sycamore Canyon Business Park Specific Plan Area. The applicant is proposing to construct a self-storage facility consisting of thirteen mini-storage buildings ranging from 730 to 11,800-square feet, for a total of 77,368-square feet, and a two-story, 3,040-square foot caretaker's unit/office. All storage buildings will be no higher than twelve-feet. The caretaker's unit will be approximately 1,520-square-feet on the second floor consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a deck. The office will be located on the first floor consisting of approximately 810-square-feet. Five customer parking stalls will be provided with an additional two-car garage attached to the office/caretaker's unit, totaling seven parking spaces.
