The project involves: site preparation and grading; construction of bikeways including bridges at certain locations, installation of protective fencing, seating, lighting, signage and other trail amenities; and riparian enhancement along the creeks. The project would also involve the construction of an interim bike path near Elks Lane and San Luis Obispo Creek.
