Document Description
The project is a minor residential subdivision of 2.3 acres into 3 single-family residential parcels, measuring 0.77, 0.68, and 0.88 gross acres. The lots will receive sewer service from the Alpine Sanitation District and water service from the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Annexation to the Alpine Sanitation District will be required for one of the parcels. Grading associated with the project will occur on approximately 1.9 acres of the site and will involve approximately 4,300 cubic yards of cut and fill. Access to the project site is via Eltinge Drive, an existing public road. The project site is with the Multiple Species Conservation Program Subarea Plan.
