The County of Orange Local Redevelopment Authority proposes to implement the El Toro Stables Capital Improvement Program, which would expand and improve the stables. The program will involve the installation of a new barn comprising 40 box stalls in pasture No. 1 and associated lighting, as well as the installation of a subsurface disposal system (interceptor and leach field) for horse washwater.
