Document Description
Construction and operation of a new 71,000 square-foot elementary school which provides 852 two-semester seats to process 1,256 students on a Concept 6, or year-round schedule. The project design includes a total of 40 classrooms, with administration offices, a library, a multipurpose building with a faculty dining area, kitchen, covered lunch shelter, playground areas with hardscape and landscape for outdoor recreation, and a partially subterranean parking structure for 56 vehicles.
