Document Description
Based on the needs assessment study, the Library Building program was prepared which estimated the community now requires a library facility of approximately 50,000 square feet. Therefore, the City plans to replace the existing small 14,850 square-foot library facility with a larger, modern facility library to adequately serve the needs of current and future Monrovia residents.
