This is an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation of a "Microcell" communication facility within the public right-of-way. The Microcell improvements are located on and adjacent to a proposed 39' utility pole, and will consist of four panel antennas (two of 24" by 4" by 4" and two of 20" by 12" by 3") mounted at a height of 32' with a small GPS antenna, a 36" by 19" by 11" deep pole-mounted equipment box, and a 50" by 35" by 20" ground mounted equipment cabinet located 9 feet away from the pole.
