Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-341 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Raymond Whiteley representing Soper-Wheeler of Strawberry Valley. This agreement pertains to the Mohawk Timber Harvest Plan (#2-92-482-PLU(2). Activities include installation of two temporart 16' x 10' bridges across a Class 1 watercourse for the purpose of hauling logs. Approaches to the bridges will require placement of 10" of fill on each side. Upon completion of the timber harvest, the bridges will be removed and the stream banks restored to their original condition.
