Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-438-00 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robert Jones representing Creegan & D'Angelo. This agreement pertains to the construction of two permanent culvert crossings (conspan bridges with open bottom wingwall footings) over North Horse Creek at Akerly and Grassland Drive. In addition, the project will fill in an unnamed drainage near the Akerly crossing, approximately 5 feet wide and 20 feet long, and a drainage running parallel to and on the southeast side of Grasslands Drive. The project includes a sanitary sewer line and four storm drain outfalls on North Horse Creek.
