Document Description
The Old Vine Way Subdivision Tentative Map and environmental approval was given by the City of Napa in May of 2000 for the development of 38 single family detached homes. The proposed outfall structure for the Old Vine Way Subdivision will be enlargement of the existing outfall structure constructed for the Silverado Creek Subdivision. The new outfall structure will consist of a 30" RCP and has been sized to accommodate the new flow coming from the Old Vine Way subdivision as well as the existing flow from the detention ponds. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Dean K. Mills/O'Brien Group.
