Document Description
This project will also involve the removal of non-native vegetation and the planting of a 20 foot (from top of bank) riparian corridor along portions of the Salvador Channel as part of mitigation for the subdivision development. The project area totals approximately 1-2 acres and is located near the northern terminus of Villa Lane and western terminus of Garfield Lane within the City of Napa. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0651 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Dean Mills/O'Brien Group.
