The project entails the acquisition of a 4,100 square foot vacant parcel from the East Valley Water District . The parcel contains an abandoned water well. Upon payment to the EVWD of well capping fees, EVWD will deed the property to the San Bernardino City Unified School District. The parcel will be paved to provide additional parking at Emmerton Elementary School.
