Document Description
The project consists of several structural improvements to an existing single story, 21,036 sf building, constructed in 1954, to comply with current seismic standards and mitigate risks to life safety. The project includes strengthening and structural enhancement of wall to wall connections, as well as shear wall and roof replacements for greater structural integrity. The project also includes demolition of two non-compliant toilet rooms, and construction of two new accessible toilet rooms.
