Document Description
The work to be performed consists, in general, of reconstruction of median curbing; installing median landscaping and irrigation system; modifying existing traffic signals; installing a new traffic signal; installing a signal interconnect system; constructing drainage improvements; and constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and wheelchair ramps. This section of highway is in an area of needed rehabilitation. Traffic signal installation and modification, and installation of interconnect system will alleviate congestion, vehicle emissions, and degradation of air quality. The project will beautify and enhance the level of service of the road for the general public.
