Document Description
The Safety Education Program will continue to provide "at risk" youth with an introduction to off-highway vehicle recreation using off-highway motorcycles (OHM's) and all terrain vehicles (ATV's). The training emphasizes safe, responsible, and environmentally sound use of off-highway vehicles. Training will take place at all State Vehicular Recreation Areas, and designated OHV riding areas on existing roads and trails.
