Document Description
All funds received from OCJP for the ADA project conducted in Plumas County will be used to enhance the drug enforcement, prosecution and supervision of the drug law offenders within the boundaries of the County. Funding directly supports all goals, objectives and activities outlined in the proposal. The overall design of the project is to limit the availability of illegal drugs to users within the county. All related information from any source will be thoroughly investigated. The intended purpose of these investigations will be to successfully arrest, prosecute and appropriately supervise those in violation of the state laws concerning illegal drugs.
