Document Description
The Action includes the acquisition by the University of California of real property located at 1130 K Street in downtown Sacramento and continuation of its existing office use. The four story, 160,200 gsf building was constructed in 1924. The UC State Governmental Relations office currently leases approximately 6,000 sf of space on the second and third floors of the building and would continue to occupy this space with the acquisition. The University will continue to lease a large portion of the building to other parties until such time as University programs require additional space.
