Installation of 110 linear feet of rip rap on the south bank of Gibson Creek, a tributary to the Russian River. All work will be conducted in the summer dry season. One hundred willow cuttings will be placed in the rip rap as it is being installed. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0066 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
