Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the streambed by constructing a wood and steel bridge (40' X 8') over an existing small barranca in Libbey Park. Provide connection concrete sidewalks extending from existing park sidewalk over bridge and easterly to art center and thence to Montgomery Street. Permanent impacts to the streambed shall not exceed 320 feet.
