Variance to Colusa County agricultural waste oil collection program. The variance is limited to the collection and transportation of up to 55 gallons per trip of waste oil from qualified Colusa County agricultural business. The collections provide appropriate means of disposing of hazardous waste. The variance is based on the evidence that: 1. Only generators participating in the agricultural oil collection program will be serviced under this variance; 2. The used oil is taken to an authorized facility; and 3. The oil transported is limited to up to 55 gallons in appropriate containers.
