Romic proposes to operate a non-Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (non-RCRA) hazardous waste transter facility in San Mateo County, California, to store and transfer a variety of hazardous wastes, predominately solvents blended waste fuel. Liquid hazardous wastes with the same Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping description are to be transfered between tanker trucks and rail cars under the federal exemption for transporters identified in Title 40CFR, Section 263.14. Romic Environmental Technologies Corporation is a registered hazardous waste transporter.
