This project consists of adoption of a smoke management program to reduce and manage the impacts of the air quality emissions associated with the burning of agricultural materials. This project is in response to new California Air Resources Board requirements to benefit the general public by reducing impacts on air quality from the emissions caused by agricultural and prescribed burning.
