Document Description
Authorize the amendment of Lease No. 1766.9, a Public Agency Lease, of sovereign lands, effective June 1, 2009, to amend the Right-of-Way Map, pursuant to the provisions of section 101.5 of the Streets and Highways code, to include a temporary construction area and the placement of a temporary trestle supported by approximately 75 temporary pilings. Authorize additional provisions related to the construction and removal of the temporary facilities and safety measures during construction, and authorize a term for the use of the temporary construction use area, beginning June 1, 2009, and ending December 1, 2013.
