The project proposes to upgrade SR 99 to a 4 land facility with continuous median and left-turn lane from the SR70/99 junction to Sacramento Avenue and upgrade to conventional highway or expressway standards between Central Avenue (KP 27.0/PM16.8) and O'Bannion Road. In addition, the project provides for a new 2 lane bridge on the Eastside of and adjacent to the existing Feather River Bridge # 18-26.
