The project proposes to upgrade State Route (SR) 99 to a 4-land facility with continuous median and left-turn lane from the SR70/99 junction to Sacramento Ave, and upgrade to conventional highway or expressway standards between Central Avenue (KP 27.0/PM16.8) and O'Bannion Road. In addition, the project provides for a new two-lane bridge on the East side of and adjacent to existing Feather River Bridge # 18-26.
