Document Description
The project consists of a 9th through 12th grade high school with a planned student capacity for the high school of 1,600, with 2,000 students at buildout. The site is subdivided into two areas by a 40 foot topographic elevation change. The upper level adjacent to Kiefer Boulevard and Mayhew Road would contain the school buildings, parking areas, future swimming pool, physical education fields and hard courts. The high school campus is master planned for 286,219 square feet of building area to include 69 teaching stations in the first phase and increase to 86 stations after the future expansion. The lower level adjacent to Bradshaw Road would contain the 3,024 seat sports stadium, baseball, and softball fields.
