Upgrade 3.6-miles of SR 70 from expressway to four-lane freeway beginning 1 mile north of Palermo Road and ending .3 miles south of the SR 162 junction. Project would include an interchange at Ophir Road and an overcrossing at Georgia Pacific Way. Estimated cost is $40-42 million.
