Document Description
The project applicant proposes to construct a three-story, eight-bedroom single-family residence on the project site. The project also includes a lot line adjustment along the southeastern most portion of the site that would increase the size of the existing 5.5657 acre lot by approximately 0.1118 acres for a total of 5.6775 acres. The residence would have approximately 6,814 square feet of living area, exclusive of a 2,705 square foot attached four-car garage. The proposed residence would reach approximately 34 feet, 5 inches in height. The applicant also proposes to relocate two existing 25-foot wide ingress, egress, utility easements that run through the southwest portion of the subject property with a 50-foot wide non-exclusive access/utilities easement in front of the southwestern most property line, where the access road currently exists.
