Reconstruction and expansion of the existing City of Huron Wastewater Treatment Plant in two phases. Phase I will reconstruct the existing plans and expand by 20 acres. Phase II in 2005/2006 will complete the expansion with the additional 20 acres of reclamation lagoons.
