This project would involve the development of an approximately 234 acre mixed use Specific Plan. The project will create approximately 600 single family parcels from 4,500 square feet to 7,000 sf and a 73-acre mobile home park allowing up to 8 units per acre. The project also proposes two park areas totaling 13 acres, a storm water retention system, a high-density component for apartments or condominiums and/or a senior complex totaling 115 units and a 10.87-acre neighborhood commercial area. There are approximately 53 acres that will be zoned for light industrial adjacent to existing industrial zones in the County.
